Weighted Dips

I was wondering if theres a solution to adding alot of weight when doing dips other then the belt and plates. I find it becomes uncomfortable and wierd when im hanging more than 2 45s off my waste.

Yup, I found that it's much easier to use a dumbbell.

try finding a durable backpack, and throw a dew plates in it. works great for me while doing weighted chins. just be sure to wear a shirt or some pading on your shoulders

wow, the backpack is a great idea..i'm up to a couple 45's a ten and a five and it's extremely uncomfortable...thnx HULKSTAR:)

The dumbbell is the way to go.
