Ive been adding serious weak point compensation of my back. On top of in gym work, I make it a point to do ~80-100 pull ups through out the day in the backyard. A week ago i grabbed an old backpack, and put about 40-50lbs of river rock in it. After a week I was able to ~5-7 more unweighted reps per set than the previous week. Love it.
and I luv itand I luv it
cool story bro
I woulda never thunk that if you added weight to an exercise, that it'll make less weight easier.
Weighted dips are the same way.
Do some sets with weight added, then try a set without the weight.
You feel like you don't weigh anything.
