I've been doing this every few days before working out and I must say, I am impressed!
This simple exercise is DAMN good for flexibility. In just a few weeks, I'm amazed at how flexible my trunk is. I can even turn my head around A LOT farther than before! (Think Exorcist, hah!)
And to think, I was just messing around...
