How to increase arm strength? I have stuck on the same weight since long..
How much weight have you gained? How much stronger did you get on other stuff? Speaking of which, what are you doing in the gym other than training your arms?
Same weight at what exercise?
What are you currently doing? Training and nutrition wise?
Do you actually mean stronger or do you mean more muscular?
I honestly suggest that no one post here anymore until the OP gives us some more information. I'm curious if he'll ever come back to this site.
