Hi, I am looking for a book that shows different free wieght movements (including dumbells) for each muscle group. Any suggestions?

Arnold’s Guide to Modern Bodybuilding or any of the big books by Bill Pearl like Getting Stronger and Keys to the Inner Universe. Just go to a bookstore and pick up any of those books or any of the thick workout books. Don’t trust the advice in most of the books, but if you looking for diversity of exercises, they will do the trick.
