As my combination cardio/strength training activity I wakeboard. One thing I find is that my lower back tends to get fatigued causing my technique to get sloppy making me more tired as I need mor effort to keep carving,jumping etc.
Any suggestions for lower back training? I assume I need to work on endurance rather than strength.
My normal training routine has DL’s, squats chins included usually 3-4x5. Do I need to start doing higher reps?
Is this an activity that is so specific that it is hard to train for without a boat etc?
