Itsmemorial day weekend and I am not sticking to my diet at all. Iāve eaten carbs for three days and by tomorrow it will probably be four. I miss home terribly. I want to go home where my life is.
It is all in your mind. You can stay on your diet. Just figure out how to make yourself do it and like it. There is always a way, just make your mind happy about it. I love you! Get strong.

One hour walk
Iāve added carbs back to my diet only in the A.M. and around my workouts. Otherwise, still eating low carbs and slowly. My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month until I reach 140lbs. Then Iāll set a different goal once Iām there.

I wrote down my workouts on a piece of paperā¦lost the piece of paperā¦should take my husbandās advice and keep a journal just for workoutsā¦Iāve been doing tabata front squats and other weight trainingā¦and walking for at least an hour everyday. Still eating slowly. Havenāt been losingā¦probably because Iām not being consistent with my journaling and workoutsā¦damn itā¦
posting everything seems pointless
Eating super slowlyā¦only 1400 calories/day that should make this fat go away
