Weight Training & Conditioning

#1

Hi all.

I currently do my conditioning with 30kg weight vest walks, 2-4 times/week and about 3-4km. (2-2.5 miles.)

Im planning to start hill sprinting also, so my question is how to do this "smartest possible way" as the weight training is still priority.

My plan of attack is to train 3-4 times/week in the weight room with at least 1 day off before next session. On my off days I would do my conditioning; wv-walk day after upper body training and hill sprints day after I squat or deadlift.

I planned to start light, progress slow with hill sprints starting from 5 sprints and proceed from there.

So Im asking opinion from you guys more experienced than me if theres a better way that you have found to work without compromising the big lifts too much?

Im not overweight and not in terribly bad condition so 5 sprints would be fairly light starting point for me.
