Does anyone know of some companies that sell weight releasers and if you have used them what kind of success have you had with them
I don’t know who sells them now. I know Elite used to. Personally, I think weight releasers sort of suck. They almost never release simultaneously- a big problem if there is big weight involved. If you are trainign with a group, the height/limb length differences from lifter to lifter are a much bigger problem with weight releasersa than they are with chain or bands. And it is a pain in the ass to change the length of the the shaft between sets. Finally, they only work on singles- no reps. Overall, I think your equipment dollar goes farther elsewhere.
