ive noticed recently that wenever i stand or sit, my feet seem to be supporting the weight more on the inside than the outside. i dunno if this is normal or not…and if not…what can i do to fix this?
(side notes: i have hip mobility issues/anterior pelvic tilt. however, i have been working on this with various mobility drills, glute activation work and stretches and it has shown decent improvement. thought id mention in case its linked or something)
