Weight on Inner Foot

ive noticed recently that wenever i stand or sit, my feet seem to be supporting the weight more on the inside than the outside. i dunno if this is normal or not…and if not…what can i do to fix this?

(side notes: i have hip mobility issues/anterior pelvic tilt. however, i have been working on this with various mobility drills, glute activation work and stretches and it has shown decent improvement. thought id mention in case its linked or something)

you could have or be developing pen planus. aka flat feet.

this can equally throw of your posture, and be a result of your posture.

you might have a weak tib anterior… or at least relatively weak.

Choose your footwear carefully, and if you can afford it, see a podiatrist.
