Weight Loss Supplements

I was wondering which weight loss supplements actually work and which ones don’t.

Specifically, if you know anything about SAN TIGHT!.

I dunno about that one. It’s very first ingredient is caffeine.

I’ve always had great results and experiences with HOT-ROX. In my opinion, it can’t be beat for the golden combo: fat-loss while retaining your hard earned muscle (maybe even gaining some).

Also, don’t neglect proper training and diet.

I should also mention that if you are 16 (as your username suggests), then I wouldn’t opt for any fat-loss supps at the moment. Rather read up on some articles here at T-Nation and put the knowledge to work. Save the supplements for down the road. You’ll be glad you did.
