Hey all. I’m running out of ideas. I got the idea on the fact that YES, I do need to change my eating habits, and I’ve started that. But when it comes to exercise, I’m kinda screwed up there. I have a skin condition that blisters my hands and feet, and even tho I’m quite the active person, I know what I can and can’t do. I used to try to run, walk, lift, etc…all the things I wanted to do, but learned that I can’t. And doing situps etc are annyoing as hell, cause they aren’t active enough…but is that my only hope? Can ANYONE help me out?? Thanks a bunch!! --Melissa
Skiing in the winter. And have you looked into lifting gloves?
What type of skin condition? Is it a form of eczema? Psoriasis? Might help if you can explain a bit more. I, too have a severe form of eczema; atopic dermatitis. But I’ve learned, through diet and physical activity, how to control it.
If it is a form of eczema, extreme cold and pools may irritate more than help.
