Hey guys, I have my first comp on Saturday and Im going to play at the 94kg category. 2 weeks ago I was 96.5kg and I weighted myself today at 94.4kg 1 hour after I had eaten. Is there anything I should do in order to lose some extra gramms in the following one and a half days? I play on Saturday afternoon, so I will have to eat something before I go for the weigh-in.
