incline - up to 195 x 6 - lame.
dips - 70# x 6,6,6,5,5
bent rows - 185 x 5 sets 8-10

incline sucked. 195 x 10 was the plan , that would've been a PR.
dips were great ! saved a couple on the first set helped a lot. the goal is still 5x8 with 70
