i have been working out for about 1 1/2 years now. i am at 157 lbs and would like to gain some weight. are they any diet tips or supplement tips that can be provided.
look up berardi’s massive eating articles, that’s what I am gonna start on again once i get home from college. I used it over the summer and put on about 9 lbs. Oh, yeah, don’t forget to workout and get lots of sleep while you are at it.
