Hey check out this little recipe that I have for a healthy weight gainer with a shit load of carbs and protein. 20oz skim milk, 2 scoops low carb Grow, half cup maltodextin, and one cup of oatmeal. The maltodextrin that I use is by a company called Now and it is pure maltodextrin and it is cheap, about $6 per 3lb bucket. In all I think it all comes out to about 135 carbs 60 protein, and 10 fat which is unsaturated. The calories are about 1035. Try it, its really good.
