OK i am cycling across America and will no doubt lose muscle sadly in upper body. However what effect would a weight gaining supplement have considering that i will not really be working out my upper body and which one would be best for the job to try and limit muscle loss?
Pizza, pizza, pizza! Bring a few shakes/bars with you and that’s all you’ll need.
I’m talking 3 whole pizzas a day, with shakes and bars in between pizzas. That’s exactly what I did when I ran marathons, works like a charm.
