Im 33 yrs old, and 6 feet tall, weighing only 58kgs, i would like to increase my weight , pls suggest.

Go find the “Diet Manifesto” article at T-mag, then find “Massive Eating”. And then read the “Missing Ingredient” article. Then start chewing. Use protein powder or MRPs to add cals if necessary. The key is calories and weight training. Why don’t you give us more info. Do you lift weights?
