Weight Gain

Can anyone tell me if Weight Gain is actually worth taking, if so what would be a good brand to get, or should i just stick to the “Eat more” addage that seems to be reoccuring advise around here?

IF you suffer from a fast metabolism, and thus have trouble putting on weight, then just get yourself some whole milk. Aim for a gallon of whole milk a day, spread evenly in between meals. This will be as good or better then chugging weightgain shakes, and will be nowhere near as expensive.

Hit search, look for “Massive Eating Reloaded” parts 1 and 2. Then buy some Low-Carb Grow! and some Surge.

  1. Two scoops of Muscle Milk in 2 C. of whole milk with 2 T. heavy cream and 4 T. of peanut butter.

  2. Or you could just eat cottage cheese, Low-Carb Grow!, and oats like a madman, such that you bypass the Lee Priest offseason look.

It’s really up to you. I prefer option #2.
