I’m rather fond of supplemental chicken breast, wild-caught salmon, and beef.
Simply put, you need more calories, not some magical supplement.
If you can take weight gain powder without getting fat, I’d say go for it.
Eating dinner twice and supplementing with Nlarge2 worked for me.
Put on a solid 15 lbs. And that was while running 6 days a week.
Just really focus on overeating and you can gain some weight.
