So not only did you drop 25 pounds in one month, going from pretty underweight to ridiculously underweight, but you did it as dangerously as possible? Um, okay.
Sure there are ways to stay there. Emo kids in skinny jeans do it all the time. Truthfully though, I'm struggling to think of why someone on this site would want to do that to themselves.
It's certainly not "healthy" by any stretch of the definition. Strength is a separate topic, as there are ways to build strength without adding bodyweight, but even then, I seriously doubt you'll find any powerlifter or Olympic weightlifter (both weight class sports) that are around your height and anywhere close to your weight.
