I never use weight belts, but I was just wondering if you guys recommend them for one-rep maxes in squats and deadlifts. I have always just gone without in the past, even for 1RM, but how many of you use belts for your maxes?
Use your belt. You might just surprise yourself and add some serious poundage to your max. I use mine on ALL my ME moves geater than 75% and always on DE squat day. But that is just me.
