Weekends Off, Can I Do Cardio?

I know that I can do whatever the hell I want to, but I’m wondering if doing an hour or so of easy cardio on saturday and sunday is detrimental to my lifting performance during the week.

I’m probably going to be on an exercise bike or trainer and couple it up with some stretches.


if it is easy cardio then no it shouldn’t be a problem.
