Weekend Workouts & Anabolic Diet

How are you supposed to time your weekend carbohydrate loads if you’re training during the weekends? While reading ‘Anabolic Solution for Powerlifters’, Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale recommends not taking in carbs before training sessions. Should I still take this advice to heart, or since I have to get my carbs in on that day, just don’t worry about it?

I don’t worry about it. I train on Saturday and make no special provision for carbs pre workout. I haven’t had a bad workout since about the 12-14 week mark and that was over a year ago.
