I need some help here guys. From juggling schoolwork to after school track practices, i have no time for a proper diet. This does not mean im eating unhealthy food though, just that im unable to properly maintain my carb and protein intake. I train 5 days a week and leave weekends for recovery.
During this weekend, i want to make sure that i can recover as much as possible with proper rest and nutrition. Here's where i need help on. My current supplements are Grow! protein, HOT-ROX, and multivitamin. I probably won't be ingesting HOT-ROX over the weekend. What i need to know is what i need to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc) to ensure that i can get as much recovery as possible. thanks
