Day 1 - Lite Legs
A) Front squat 1 x 10 @ bar
1 x 10 @ 135
2 x 8 @ 155
3 x 8 @ 185 (50% of 375)
B) Trunk elevated glute bridge
4 x 10 @ 135 (just starting with the exercise didnt want to blow it out of the water just yet)
I feel like I can lift all day while on the Plazma and MAG-10. Not sure if I am just excited to get going or what, but my workouts are going great so far.
Tomorrow = max effort bench day
