There was an article or interview not too long ago that mentioned a Californa based fisherman (I think) who sold fresh-caught abalone/salmon/fish that was bled on the boat and canned in its own juices. A website was given–something like jacksabalone or johnsabalone. I can’t remember, or find it with the search, google or in the nutrition archives. Help please!
