Any other suggestions?
www.calorieking.com has worked great for me.
Arrrrggggghhh (Bangs head repeatedly against desk)
Calorieking.com is awesome!!! Especially for when you have to eat out. They list the nutritional facts plus the fat, carb, protein % ratio...really helpful. You will be amazed to find out the nutritional info for resturant food...even the "healthy" stuff...
I use sparkpeople.com. They've got a ton of stuff that to any T-Nation reader would be useless (their community forum, diet/exercise plans, etc.), but the diet log feature is good.
