Anyone have a web-cam? I’m looking to get one and wanted to know if anyone has had luck with them.
I use a PC and don’t want to go nutty with the price.
Any recommendations? Any models to avoid at all costs?
Thanks.

The one we have is made by a company called “Creative”. Bought it at Office Max for about $39. Works well and I would recommend it.
I got one for $19.99 from Best Buy last weekend. So far it seems to work…
Dynex DX-WC101
Depends what you want to do with it. I just bought 2 Sabrent cameras for my mum and sister. They’re nothing fancy (only $16 at TigerDirect.com) but are sufficient for internet chatting, which is what they’ll use them for.
I don’t think there’s any need to spend more than $30 if net chatting is all you want.
I got the Logitech Quickcam Fusion:

The picture quality on it is excellent for IM chat type of video and has a good built-in mic. It’s also fairly easy to use with either a desktop or a laptop because of how it neatly sits on top of the screen.
