Wearing Weighted Implements Whilst Training with the Prowler

Coach, what is your opinion on using weighted implements such as vests, ankle weights etc whilst training with the Prowler?

I had a fireman do this… the big drawback of the vest is that in impedes breathing because it compresses the rib cage and make it harder to expend it. The prowler is already a movement that creates an oxygen debt, wearing a vest might put you in a state where your training quality will drop too much.
