Weaksauce Log


I have never really made a log before of my lifting but I could use some help critiquing my workouts..

I am 21, 22 on Nov. 10.. I weigh 197 lbs, 6'1..


BB flat bench 350x1
DB flat bench 125(each hand)x5
Incline BB bench 265x4
Squats 275x10
Deadlift 245x10
Weighted wide grip pull up 25x10
Seated shoulder press (no back support) 60x8

I am not sure what else to post for now.. Any questions just ask..
