I recently did a phone consultation with Defranco training systems. In my workout layout, there is one part which is the weakness rehab exercise. He said this is for joint health: ankles, elbow, knees etc. The example he gave for it is low box TKE for lower body and then facepulls, blackburns for upper body.
I have two lower body days and need another weakness/rehab exercise for the legs apart from Low box TKE. I'd appreciate if you could give me a few options. Thanks.
