I always thought of a small stable injection base (once to twice a week) + cream for daily T pulse. This could eventually provide the necessary fluctuations without going too low as soon as the gel alone effect goes south.
But I can´t find a doctor working with injections, let alone the cream. In this country all I hear is bioidentical T gel.
Yeah man. There might very well be a large group of guys that do well injecting once a week so their levels aren’t so stable. One of the facts of life is there are no highs without lows.
I’m gonna run with the 100mg/week and just see if viagra works better, because right now, it’s not.
For a long time, viagra was working with my 50mg test every 3 days protocol, but now, i need like 200mg of viagra to even get some help.
I’ll see if 100mg once a week makes it work better. If not, i may try that bizarre protocol because I’m really thinking i need instability to feel something.
This is not an experienced advice (as you probably already know, haha), but very small deviations every time you take T could probably create the needed fluctuations for better “overall” results. These temporary little swings could mimic natural T production better.
No fixed pattern. A random pattern would probably be even better.
As of now, you probably already know what´s the minimum and maximum that “work” for you.
I’m only on my second week. But its strange… almost immedately changing protocol from E3D to weekly, my shoulder joints are unusually achy. I’ll see if it goes away, but may need to increase dose.
Let us know how you get on. Dailys solid for 2 years has had no impact for me. Recently started to add 75mg once a week as a “TRT boost”. Early days but there has been glimpses of libido that have not been there previously. I am starting to think there is something in this not being too stable.
In the past anytime I tried too high of a frequency things just mellowed out. Any time I went back to lower frequency and got that huge bolus in my system I can definitely “feel it” including libido and erections.
I just now learned I need to control my E2 as i seem to be sensitive to it, and I mean literally getting in the 30s already affects me negatively. So I would use an AI regardless the frequency to make my TRT work.
