Weak Serattus Anterior

Hi guys,

I have weak serattus anterior and i don t know why…my bones are still visible and feel when i touch them…what exercises are the best to target this muscle? And because i have weak serattus and my obliques are pretty big…i have a wierd look on abs when you see them from the front…not that aesthetic

For anyone who didnt know wtf the ‘Serattus Anterior’ is…

PJR Pullovers, Straight-Arm Lat Pulldowns, or maybe like chop some wood?

This is a very obscure muscle to focus on IMO. Post a picture please
