If I can stiff-legged/Romanian deadlift as much as I back squat, would weak quads be the cause? Think maybe I should do more front squats to even things out? Thanks.
If I squat just to parallel, my back squat and RDL are pretty close to the same. Full squat however is less, I think it’s normal but maybe I have the same weakness.
The posterior chain (back of the legs and lower back glutes and all that stuff) are supposed to be stronger than the front of your legs. It’s about twice as many muscles…
