I’m a national-level strongman competitor, an elite level powerlifter, and I have less than 10% bodyfat. Yes, I might know ‘the basics’ of training.

Also, your reading comprehension sucks. I’m less than 200 lbs bodyweight. I didn’t say you can’t be big at that size. I said you can’t be big if your BENCH PRESS is less than that. I stand by that statement. I bench double what you do, at a similar bodyweight. Think about that. Double. And I only bench press like once every 2 months, lol.
