I do zero aerobics, I include this info so you know I basically don’t run or jump around. I’ve recently have started squatting after my chiropractor okayed it. I have mild scoliosis, a bent spin and shoulders and hips are about an inch out of sync. (Just giving my stats)
So after I started squatting, low weight high reps, my ankles started to hurt. Specifically, I become really aware that I have tendons, because I can feel all of them moving and rubbing against each other. They get really tight.
What would you suggest I do, either in a stretching or strengthening exercises?
