Weak and Imbalanced Glutes

my right glute is weak as hell. Hip alignment is destroying my joints how do i balance my right and left glutes

I had the exact same problem as a result of scoliosis. I have been seeing a weight lifting coach and we have been doing RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset) which has worked great. Also a few various glute isolation exercises. ive been working on this for 2 months now and am getting some butt gains.

  • back extensions holding weight in each hand alternating
  • split squats
  • lunges
  • always focusing on pressing your big toe into the ground with every step you take
  • single leg Romanian and traditional dead lift with kettle bell

would this also fix valgus knees
