i was thinking of implementing wave loading in to my training but the problem i am having is i dont know how. what i mean by that is currently i do a upper/lower split mostly all compound exercises so would i do a wave for each of the four exercises? or is wave loadibng better suited to split training (day 1 chest, shoulder, tricep - day 2 legs - day 3 back biceps).
bascially how would you setup a upper/lower split 4day a week program using the wave loading technique.
