i just wanted to know if you can use it on more than 1 muscle group per workout day. (e.g chest+back waveloading on monday etc) or should we only do 1 muscle group per workout day? (e.g. chest only on monday etc…)
i read the articles by Ian King and Christian Thibaudeau but they don’t mention if you CAN workout 2 muscle groups per workout day…i hope some one can clarify this.
