Hi CT, after reading all the articles/forums and your black book I still have questions regarding the set up of a wave loading routine.
When using waves for strength is it best to train 4 times per week hitting each main lift once per week? (Squat/Bench/Dead/OH press), followed by density work and minimal assistance work, eg Lats 4x8-10 on bench day
Would adding a 5th day, maybe high pull using waves or pump isolation work be too much?
Could you please clarify when you should increase the starting weight of the 1st wave. Do you use the same weight for 2 weeks then increase the 3rd week?
