Wave/Ladders Density

Hey CT,

I’ve been using the wave/ladders for a few weeks now. My questions is about the density portion. I’ve been aiming for 30 reps in as little time as possible. But, some sessions I burn out and am only able to get around 15 reps. Should I drop the weight and keep shooting for 30? Or stop the session there?
