I was just reading this month’s Men’s Fitness and they had an article on Chard Warterbury’s Active Recovery Workouts. In the article, he recommends just doing this for 2 muscle groups at a time. Is this referring to doing an active recovery for chest and back one day, then say one for legs and shoulders another, or is this saying just do chest and back active recoveries for a month while not doing AR’s for any other muscle group. Any clarification on this is appreciated, as well as any links to this program. Thanks.
I just read that article today also. My interpretation was that you pick up to two muscles for active recovery sessions and stick with those two only for the duration of the program.
