Waterbury's 8x3 Split

Hello. I am looking for big gains in strength followed by hypertrophy. I read about the 8x3 training and it seems convincing.

What about following split:

T1:
Squat 8x3
Bench 8x3
Rows 8x3

T2:
Deadlift 8x3
Military Press 8x3
Hammercurls 8x3

Between T1 and T2 always one free day, so it’s basically:

T1
Free
T2
Free
T1
Free
etc.

Any suggestions or is the split fine?

5/3/1, and follow the BBB template. Works like a charm. But i you are convinced to do this, include pull ups in day 2.

agreed. I really don’t like whatever it is OP posted.

X 2 on the 5/3/1 with BBB. Just make sure to run the program as written. Do not program hop. Sleep well, eat well and train intelligently.
