I’ve been doing the Anti Hypertrophy workout for 3 weeks now and I’m loving it.
A strict reading of the article seems to indicate that the program is followed for 3 weeks, and then ??? Do I switch exercises, or to another program (maybe one that utilises weights closer to maximal) for the interim, and then back to AH program at a later stage in my development?
What do you guys think?
Repeat the workout for an additional three weeks, but reverse the set/rep schemes amongst the exercises.
For example, your Horizontal Push/Pull Day would now be 5 sets of 10 as opposed to 10 sets of 3.
