Got any good ideas on a periodization of CW's programs for mass?
I can't remember the thread name, but Sterno put together a spreadsheet that features all of CW's training programs, arranged in the suggested order you should do them in. Once you find that, your questions should then be answered.
Here's the periodization from Sterno's original sheet. It doesn't have some of Chad's newer programs.
