Waterbury Summer Project?

Im going to do the Waterbury Summer Project, but Im a little confused about the rest time. It says 60 seconds rest between pairings and 4 sets of 6 reps. Does that mean I would do 6 reps of A1, no rest, 6 reps of A2, 60 second rest, repeat that process 3 more times to complete 4 sets then move on to B? Am I understanding this correctly or not?

You do it like this: A1, rest, A2, rest, A1, rest, A2, rest, etc

Its laid out in the Weeks 3-4 weeks section a bit more clearly
