1.) it says to do “DB external rotations”
never heard of these, looked them up but there must be different variations because the video i saw doesnt look like what the guys doing in the picture
2.) on lift days i dont do cardio?
3.) if im doing 6 reps for each set, do i do 6 reps for each leg on the bulgarian split squats?
4.) should i just do the anabolic diet? because i cant find T-Dawg’s anywhere
