Waterbury?s explosive days?


i read coach waterbury?s articles and i?m trying to set up a program for strength based on his ideas..i was thinking about doing benches and rows or dips and chins for my max upper body day and deadlifts or squats for the max lower body day...my problem is that i?m not suer about how to set up the upper and lower bopdy explosive days...i know about jumping box squats and explosive push ups but i don?t know if i should do auxiliary exercises for those days...could someone help me..this explosive training is new for me...
