I been reading through his programs for a couple of hours now, and they all seem interesting in there own right. Which one did you use for for strength/mass building and to what success? Anyone do the Quattro Dynamo program? Or the SOB training? Talk to me fellows…
Ive dont the TBT, ABBH1, and ABBH2 in that order. Ive experienced great gains from his workouts.
Those are for Mass Building/strength. Im moving to WM then mabye BBB etc.
Here is a great link to help you out on his plans at the very bottom it tells you what each workout is aimed for. Strength/fatloss etc.
WM was my favorite followed by PFM and QD.
